Caldera walkway from Oia to Fira

On that way you will pass numerous vantage points with gorgeous view over the Caldera. You should necessarily stop at the small kiosk with a view, because it is one of the few opportunities to buy a drink. The road must be used for 200 metres to a single house, there begins on our right-hand side a way uphill. At the slimest part of the island you have also good views to the East Coast.

On the summit is the chapel of Mikros Prophitis Ilias (314 meters above sea level). From this place you have a good view over the Caldera and the plain of Ia. In continue our hiking trip you pass a small church and have already a look at Imerovigli. On the way to Fira is a detour to the chapel of Agios Georgios and Skaros-rock recommend.
